Breaking into entertainment isn't easy. That's why we believe in creating real opportunities for emerging talent aged 18-25, with particular interest in meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities that are underrepresented in our industry.
We offer two paid internships each summer lasting two months, where successful candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with industry professionals across different teams at LW Entertainment, gaining hands-on experience of Andrew Lloyd Webber's iconic brands and learning how the entertainment business really works.
Since launching in 2021, our program has seen past interns securing full-time roles in marketing, theatre production, and other exciting areas across the industry.
Applications for 2025 have now closed, but keep an eye out – we'll drop details for 2026 in early next year.
