Do I need to do anything?

No, not immediately. If you have any materials that refer to the old company name, please liaise with your existing contacts to discuss updating these materials. We understand this will be an evolving process in the coming months. We ask that any new materials created after this point bear LW Entertainment branding.

Is my agreement / licence with you still valid?

Yes. The company has simply changed its name. All existing agreements and contracts remain as before. The contractual entity is still the same company, registered at Companies House with company number 1240524 (incorporated on 15 January 1976).

What about credit, trade mark, copyright lines?

Your existing contact with the company will be able to advise accordingly.

Will we receive new paperwork?

No. Any existing agreements / licences remain valid and there is no change to any existing agreements.

Finance

Do I pay into the same bank account?

Sort code and account numbers will stay the same.

The company name on the account will change.

Please email purchaseledger@lwentertainment.com for confirmation of account details if you are uncertain what company name to use, or if you have historically invoiced a company other than The Really Useful Group Limited.

Has your VAT number changed?

VAT number has not changed.

Have your bank details changed?

Only the company name on the account has changed. All other details remain the same.

New supplier forms

New supplier forms issued before the name change will be honoured. Our template new supplier form has been updated.

Will I invoice the same company?

The company has changed its name, all other details remain unchanged.

Licence Holders

Do I need new contacts to discuss future business opportunities?

No – all your contacts and the teams with whom you have worked remain the same.

Do I need to reprint music materials?

We do not expect any existing materials to be reprinted. Moving forward, all newly created and/or printed materials should carry LW Entertainment branding.

Do we need to change programme details?

We are not expecting any existing materials to be changed to reflect LW Entertainment’s new branding. Moving forward, all newly created and/or printed materials should carry LW Entertainment branding. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to your usual contacts who can advise.

Where can we find new branding and other materials?

Your current contact will share new logos and other branding materials required for your production.
