My proudest moment at LWE since starting in May 2023 would be travelling with Andrew to New York for the opening of Sunset Boulevard on Broadway. It was a surreal experience and one that I was very proud and lucky to be a part of. A definite pinch me moment!
LWE is a very special place to work, and the people (and dogs) are a huge reason for that. The support system that surrounds you in a tight knit company such as LWE is very unique.
Take a deep breath and just enjoy it. It is simple and I truly believe that taking a minute to embrace and enjoy your day to day in whichever role you're in is so important. Of course, in any role there are tough and stressful days, but I personally couldn't imagine waking up and not being excited to go into work.
