After seven years in A&R at Island Records, Alastair, in collaboration with his brother Billy, founded The Other Songs in 2018. Since then, TOS has expanded its services to encompass record labels, publishing and management. Under his co-leadership, the company has already achieved No.1 albums with Ren and Sunset BLVD, signed renowned songwriters like Bruno Major, and amassed a song catalog that has garnered over 1 trillion views on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
To put it simply, TOS are redefining what an independent music company is, believing in long term artist and songwriter development whilst having mainstream success.
Alastair curates and hosts The Other Songs Live, a sold-out London Palladium showcase that raises funds for The BRIT School, where he serves as a Trustee.
