David was appointed a Non-Executive Director in April 2021 and became the Non-Executive Chairman of The Really Useful Group in March 2022. He has been a Non-Executive Director of LW Theatres since July 2022
David also serves as a Non-Executive Director of PCCW Limited (Hong Kong) and was formerly the Non-Executive Chairman of PCCW Media Limited and Modern Times Group SA (Sweden), and a Non-Executive Director of ITV plc, O2 plc and BSkyB Group plc.
David has significant senior executive experience in Pay television and was formerly COO and Deputy CEO of BSkyB Group plc (1993-1998).
A Morehead scholar, David holds a BA in Psychology, BSc in Statistics and Industrial Relations and an MBA from the University of North Carolina
